About Us

A little note...
We are presently re-building our portfolio. In the meantime, all of the information you need is here. Questions? Please email us!
Elle Trost
Elle Trost is a graphic designer, printmaker, and dance move inventor at Love Letters Paper Co. She can usually be found at her desk owning some bezier curves or pulling prints. Otherwise, it is likely that she is dancing, cooking, or refinishing thrifted furniture.

Our Process
What's it like to work with us? We hope to foster a collaborative relationship that yields beautiful projects and happy clients. First, we arrange a meeting, in person or over the phone, to discuss the parameters of your project. We'll talk about your ideas, your likes and dislikes, and your expectations. Based on this meeting, we will provide you with a proposal and contract, which must be returned to us with a 40% deposit before we start designing. Once all the paperwork is settled, you'll receive two to three design options in PDF via email. We can discuss them and decide which direction suits you best. Once a direction is chosen, we will ensure all of the details are perfect and provide two rounds of revisions.

Together, we will select a printing process that suits the project and your budget. We are able to produce many pieces in-house and can keep our costs affordable. Whether you opt for custom screenprinting or offset, we will ensure that the end result meets your expectations. Once all of the details are finalized, we will provide a delivery date estimate and our invoice. We are obsessed with paper and will stop at nothing to find THE perfect envelope, liner, ribbon, color, texture, or finish. We are quite a crafty bunch and if you think of it, we can make it happen!
